Test fee increases - do you think they're fair?

Last year the driving test fee went up even more than this year. The last two years increases add up to almost 28%
Are they taking the mickey - or what?
One reason for the increases is that a lot of money has been spent on new test centres so that we can obey the european rules on motorcycle tests. This is also why many test centres are closing.
I think this is a scandal, and wonder if you agree?
