Show me, tell me question - adjust the head restraint

< Previous question    Introduction    Next question >

"Tell me how you make sure your head restraint is correctly adjusted so it provides the best protection in the event of a crash."

Another question where an explanation is sufficient.

Move the headrest so it is in line with your eyes and ears - i.e. the middle of your head. If it moves forward, make sure it is near your head. This will give you the best protection against whiplash injuries if you are unlucky enough to have an accident.
